Community Assessments
Each lot in New Ventures Commercial Park is
assessed a fee for maintenance of access roadways and
common areas.
These fees insure that you will have easy, well-maintained access
to your lot year-round as well as an attractive landscaped entrance
to the park. In addition, your business will also receive space
on the entrance sign.
The developer has an annual road maintenance fee.
Assessment per Lot Owner
Common Area Use and Maintenance Fee is based upon front footage of lot. Call for details.
